This course aims to provide an awareness of fire safety regulations, as well as an understanding of what to do in an emergency without placing yourself or others at risk.
The days will cover and provide delegates with an understanding of the chemistry of fire, causes and preventative measures, a working understanding of the various types of fire extinguishers and their uses. Delegates will also learn how to deal with a fire without causing risk to personnel, evacuation procedures and how to complete checks to reduce the risk of fire.
This day will provide 5 hours towards your CPD.
